Session Fees

We are a private-pay (out-of-network) practice. Our fees reflect the clinical specialization and training of our therapists, the depth of the work we do, and the time and care invested in each client.

Individual Therapy Session (50 min)

Please inquire

One-on-one therapy with a licensed clinician. Weekly sessions are recommended, especially early in treatment.

Couples Therapy Session (50–75 min)

Please inquire

Couples sessions with a therapist specialized in the Gottman Method or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Group Therapy Session (75 min)

Please inquire

Structured therapy groups with a maximum of 8 participants. Group therapy is typically more affordable than individual sessions.

Insurance

We Are an Out-of-Network Practice

We do not contract with insurance companies and do not bill insurers directly. However, many clients with PPO plans receive meaningful reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.

After each session, we provide a superbill — a detailed receipt with the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurance company requires. You submit this directly to your insurer and receive reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.

💡 Before starting: We recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card and asking: "What are my out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits? Do I have a deductible, and what is my reimbursement rate after the deductible is met?"

How to Check Your Out-of-Network Benefits

  1. Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask to speak with member services.

  2. Ask: "Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits?"

  3. Ask: "What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much have I met?"

  4. Ask: "What percentage of the allowed amount do you reimburse after the deductible?"

  5. Note the reference number for your call in case you need to follow up.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of each session. We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. A valid credit card is required on file before your first appointment.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee. We understand that emergencies happen — if you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an urgent situation, please reach out and we'll discuss it on a case-by-case basis.
